Being strong and healthy is one of the greatest feelings in life, and I have devoted mine to helping people achieve that. Eastside Core Movement’s Pilates studio and gym allows clients to enjoy the full spectrum of fitness options available today. By combining Pilates with exercises such as TRX, kettle bells, weight lifting, Surge and many more; clients experience interesting, challenging and hugely beneficial workouts.

Each session is deeply personalized and thorough – taking into account the unique needs, challenges and goals of the individual. There are all sorts of impediments to getting into shape: work, injuries, self-esteem, depression; these can be overcome if both the trainer and the client are aware of them and work together to train past them.

I also specialize in applying Pilates to help clients overcome spinal issues such as scoliosis, disc herniation surgeries, fusions, stenosis, spondylolisthesis and osteoporosis. While in some cases these issues cannot be cured, the negative impact to one’s life can be severely limited or removed completely.

Eastside Core Movement also has a highly talented licensed massage therapist on-site twice a month.  After a challenging workout or just a long week; a private and professional massage room and masseuse are available to help.

Modern life is complex, and getting more so as society advances. I promise the one hour you devote to strengthening yourself physically and mentally will be an hour well spent. With all the gadgets and distractions assaulting us on a daily basis, it’s important to take the time to invest in your own health.
